Ingredients
  • 6 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tbsp Rockwell's Coconut Oil
  • 6 slices thick cut bread of choice
  • Almond yogurt, fresh fruit and Rockwells coconut syrup.

  • 6 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tbsp Rockwell's Coconut Oil
  • 6 slices thick cut bread of choice
  • Almond yogurt, fresh fruit and Rockwells coconut syrup.
Instructions
  1. Heat frying pan or griddle with coconut oil.
  2. Beat eggs with almond milk, spices and salt. Dip bread into mixture and then place on hot pan. Once one side is browned flip to brown other side (approx 1.5 min per side)
  3. Remove from pan add toppings and enjoy! For an extra little treat add Rockwells''coconut chips to topping for added crunchy coconuty goodness.
