Fresh, Creamy Almond Milk
raw almonds, soaked overnight in water
Rockwell’s Maple Flavoured Coconut Syrup
Place almonds in container and cover with water and soak for at lest 8 hrs.
Rinse and drain almonds, add to blender. Add all other ingredients and blend on high for 2 minutes.
Use milk bag or piece of cotton to strain milk (almond pulp can be kept in freezer for up to 1 month for other recipes) pour milk into container and will last 5-7 days in refrigerator.
