Strawberry Chia Pops
These pops are jam packed full of nutrients, vitamins and protein that you can have them for breakfast. What kid or kid at heart wouldn’t love that!!!!
Ingredients
Mix and Set Aside for 15 Minutes
  • 1can organic lite coconut milk (about 2 cups)
  • 1/4C Rockwell’s Organic Chia Seeds
  • 2tbsp Rockwell’s Coconut Syrup (natural flavour)
In a High Speed Blender Combine
  • 2C frozen organic strawberries
  • 2C water
  • 1scoop vanilla protein powderwe used Vega brand
  • 1tbsp Rockwell’s Coconut Syrup (natural flavour)
Other
  • kiwi
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice kiwi into thin slices and stick to sides of popsicle mold before adding liquid. Pour in coconut milk/chia mixture half way up the mold, then top up with strawberry mixture. Place in freezer until frozen through.
